Charalampos Roukis

Charalampos ROUKIS is Commodore Hellenic Coast Guard Engineer (Rtd) with educational background is in Naval Architecture and  Marine Engineering from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, BSc, U.K. and Massachusets Institute of Technology, MSc, USA.

His proffesional background is ship design, ship survey and inspection, ISM code ISPS Code and MLC-2006 audits plus maritime training for seafarer certification. 

Mr Roukis participated in a variety of maritime fora and as IMO competent person for evaluation of STCW signatory Parties to be included in the "white list". 

At the present time he exercises duties as Training Manager and Trainer.
