TERMS OF USE

1.      General terms

By registering on www.eshop.liberoservices.org you agree to the terms and conditions and Privacy Policy. The following rules are the agreement between the Administration of eshop.liberoservices.org and users of the website (the Site), who use information and services offered through the site according to the rules of agreement. By accepting this Agreement, you agree with following rules:

  1. False, misleading or poor information is prohibited. Actions that could be classified as illegal, fraudulent, offensive, misleading are also prohibited
  2. Formation of multiple account for the same person is not permitted
  3. Insult, either in the public domain or in the private domain as well in the private messaging module is strictly prohibited.
  4. Full responsibility on the quality and integrity of the information lies solely on the user and all costs arising from any lawsuit should be settled by the user and the leaves the website administration free of liability.
  5. In case deviation from the rules the administrator may delete the account without further notice.

 

2.      How can I purchase a seminar?

To buy one of our seminars you: add the seminar you want to cart and proceed to checkout. If you do not have an account in our website, you need to register and complete the order via e-shop website. In case you wish to purchase a seminar without the use of our e-shop, you may contact us directly.

 

3.      Enrolment duration

The duration of each course is referenced on the main page of each course. In case of enrolment expiration the user will not be able to access the course. Each course enrolment can be extended for 15 days by ordering the product "15 days Course Enrolment Extension".

 

4.      Exam attempts

Prior to taking an online exam via our e-learning platform, the user(s) should ensure good internet connection. In case the connection is disrupted, the exam attempt may not be complete.

In case the user(s) has failed to meet the passing grade after successfully submitting all of the prescribed online examination attempts,  three (3) additional attempts can be granted by ordering the product "Additional 3 Exam attempts". This product can be activated provided the enrolment has not expired.

 

5.      Discounts and vouchers

Standard default discounts apply depending on number of courses you purchase. In order to receive the discount you must order the seminars all at once.

In case you use a voucher or special discount the above default discounts will not apply. Therefore, vouchers or special discounts can only be used when ordering a single seminar. If you wish to reuse the voucher or special discounts for another seminar, place your order individually for each seminar, alternatively please contact us to give you instructions for bank transfer.

 

6.      Can I / my company buy group packages for specific courses?

Yes, note that a single user account is given for a single purchase. If you wish to have a group of user accounts we can offer you a package according to your company's needs. Pricing and discounts depend on the number of user accounts created.

 

7.      What are the payment methods used?
  1. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card. Because your protection against undelivered or defective goods will vary with each method, you should review this page to understand how you can select a payment method and how protection differs depending on your payment method. You may also complete a payment via bank transfer, please note that in this case, confirmation of payment will be slower compared to PayPal.
  2. Through Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners credit, debit and prepaid cards
  3. Using the Masterpass e-wallet

 

8.      How long after my payment do I get access to the course?

As soon as LiberoAssurance confirms the payment, you will receive a course invitation email, with the link of the course you purchased.

 

9.      How can I access the course after confirmed payment?

To access the course you will use the details during your registration in the E-shop. In case the order was not completed via our E-shop, you will receive relevant instructions on how to access the course via e-mail by our support team.

 

10. Are prices inclusive of VATS?

Yes, VAT is included in the price shown for each course.

 

11. Rights & Responsibilities

LiberoGroup E-shop Administration reserves the right to:

  1. Modify the Site in its sole discretion.
  2. Change fees, services, expiry dates.
  3. Decline users request for registration in the system, or ban and delete users accounts in case of deviation from the rules, infringement of this terms as well as without an explanation. 
  4. Edit or delete the content published by the User on the Website, if it doesn’t comply with the terms of this Agreement, is harmful to the Site or any third party, and at for its sole discretion for any reason.
  5. Use for its own purposes the materials published by the User on the Site in the public domain, in particular, for posting on the partner sites.
  6. Amend these Terms of Use without notice. 

LiberoGroup E-shop Administration is not responsible for:

  1. The content published by users and employers.
  2. Injury, wastages and any other damages that may occur when you use the Site.
