Refund Policy


On paid services that may requested in addition and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact out support team with your claim within 7 days after the service activation. We will consider your information and make decision of a complete or partial refund.


However, refund (complete or partial) does not apply:

  • on online digital content, if downloading or streaming of the content has already been started.  
  • in case we detect misuse of the material (for instance reproduction, distribution, or any other use without perimission)
