1. How do I complete my order in Libero E-shop?

  • Upon creation of account, each user will be directed to their cart. Then the options of shipping and type of certification will be provided and one must be selected by the user. The user will then be transferred to PayPal webpage to finish the order. Note: When you place the order you will receive an automatic email with the order summary, which however does not mean that your order was complete. Your order will be complete after you complete full transaction either via card or PayPal account.

2. I have not received the email to access the course.

  • Upon successful payment you will receive an automatic email with the link to access the course. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk email folder. If you still cannot find your email, please contact us.
