Esmaeil Shayesteh

Esmaeil Shayesteh, is certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001 & ISO 50001 as lead auditor and lead tutor of international registered courses.

His working experience dates back 2001. During his working experiences, Esmaeil has been working as process auditor at a few automotive groups, inspection manager, certification bodies’ external lead auditor and lead tutor of quality engineering tools and management system standards. Holding more than 500 approved training courses for national and international training centers and more that 2000 man/day experiences in auditing are a part of his working experiences. About 7 years of experience in automotive industry inspection in the first years of his working times led to create deep and good technical knowledge in various fields for him.

One of his honors is that he has trained about 50 auditors, tutors and technical inspectors who are currently working as full-time / part-time professionals with accredited certification/inspection bodies.

Since, 2011 he has approved as a formal standard expert by Iran National Standard Organization in the field of assessment of and supervision on execution in the specialized field of quality management including assessment of accreditation of certification bodies based on ISO/IEC 17021, assessment of accreditation of Laboratories based on ISO/IEC 17025 and competence of management consulting bodies.

Esmaeil background is Industrial Engineering, MBA and DBA in Strategic Management. He is and has been a member of development committee of Iran National Standard Organization for ISO/IEC 17011:2017, ISO/IEC 17021-10:2018, ISO/IEC 17021-11:2018, ISO/TS 9002:2016 and ISIRI/ISO/TC 286 & ISIRI/ISO/TC 324.

More than 40 published articles in specialized magazines and international newspapers as well as 3 books in the field of quality, health, safety and environmental management systems are other part of his activities.
