Security Awareness for all Port Facility Personnel (Model Course 3.25)


This seminar is intended to provide knowledge required for all port facility personnel that have no direct duties in Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP) in order to perform their supporting tasks and receive Security Awareness duties in accordance with the requirements of the relevant international legislation.

 

Our Security Awareness Training For All Port Facility Personnel course is prepared according to the requirements included in the IMO model course 3.25 for Security awareness training for all port facility personnel.

 

By the end of this course, participants will be able to perform their duties in accordance with the requirements of Chapter XI-2 of SOLAS 74 as amended, the ISPS Code, the IMDG Code, the IMO/IMO Code of Practice on Security in Ports, and guidance contained in IMO MSC.1/Circ. 1341.

    • recognition of characteristics & behavioral patterns of persons who are likely to threaten the security; and
    • techniques to circumvent security measures.
