Vasileios Lymperopoulos joined LiberoGroup on 2010 with a background of Mechanical Engineer. Over the years since 2011, Vasileios has been appointed Deputy Registrar under a number of International ship registries. Since 2013 he has worked as Certification Manager of LiberoAssurance - LiberoGroup affiliate company – that obtained accreditation from Hellenic Accreditation System (ESYD), the International Accreditation Service of United States (IAS) and Accredited Auditing firm (ASI). Being a lead management System Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, ISO 39001, ISO 22301, ISO 41001, ISO 55001, ISO 37001 as well as Appointed Flag State Surveyor, Auditor for ISM-ISPS-MLC and Statutory Certification.

Vasileios has deep Knowledge in Auditing, Training and Surveying, Accident Investigator, Certified Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and he has performed audits on Maritime Training Centres and Recognized Organizations on behalf Maritime Administrations.

Konstantinos Kavdas is an Aviation and Maritime Security Expert with 30 years of aviation experience and 15 years of maritime experience. He has held managerial positions for over 40 years, including Manager, Executive Manager, CEO, Managing Director, etc. He has conducted 33 Ship Security Assessments (SSA) and Ship Security Plans (SSP) on ships of various flags, as well as over 80 Port Facility Security Assessments (PFSA) and Port Facility Security Plans (PFSP) in Greek port facilities.

Kavdas holds EKVA certification for the use of classified documents and is an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015. He has expertise in Risk Assessments, Emergency Planning, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and organizing and executing large-scale Security Drills and Exercises.

Esmaeil Shayesteh is certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001 & ISO 50001 as a lead auditor and lead tutor of international registered courses.

His working experience dates back to 2001. During his career, Esmaeil has worked as a process auditor at several automotive groups, an inspection manager, an external lead auditor for certification bodies, and a lead tutor of quality engineering tools and management system standards. He has conducted more than 500 approved training courses for national and international training centers and has over 2000 man/days of experience in auditing.

Esmaeil's background is in Industrial Engineering, MBA, and DBA in Strategic Management. He is and has been a member of the development committee of Iran National Standard Organization for various ISO standards. He has also authored more than 40 articles in specialized magazines and international newspapers, as well as three books in the field of quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.

Kraniotis Marinos works as a Security Consultant and is the Head of the NEXT PLUS Unified Management System (QAIS).

He has been Certified by LIBERO ASSURANCE as an Internal Auditor for Information Security (Internal Auditor 27001: 2013).

Marinos participates in Recognized Security Organisation (RSO) project teams for Port and Port Facility Security Assessment as well as in Port Facility and Port Security Plans.

He was responsible for developing and supporting the Web-based application of the Thera Municipal Port Fund for the planning of cruise ship arrivals (Berth Allocation System).

Marinos served as Port and Port Facility Security Officer in Patmos from 2014 to 2016 while working at Athens International Airport as a Screener from 2009 to 2014.

His academic education focuses on the Philosophy of Science with a focus on the Philosophy of Law.

Marios Zgouris is an experienced professional in Cyber Security and Web Development with broad knowledge in the internet industry, web applications development and testing, Web Design, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), PHP, Joomla, WordPress and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Marios is a certified ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security, focusing on understanding, detecting, and preventing attacker activity.

He is experienced in troubleshooting system & network problems, identifying and solving hardware or software faults, and providing support.

Qualifications:

In order to broaden his knowledge, Marios has also attended multiple seminars, some of which are: “Introduction to Android Programming” from the University of Athens and “Certified user training and certification program in Moodle”.

Charalampos ROUKIS is Commodore Hellenic Coast Guard Engineer (Rtd) with an educational background in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, BSc, U.K. and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MSc, USA.

His professional background is in ship design, ship survey and inspection, ISM code ISPS Code and MLC-2006 audits plus maritime training for seafarer certification.

Mr. Roukis participated in a variety of maritime fora and as IMO competent person for evaluation of STCW signatory Parties to be included in the "white list".

At the present time, he exercises duties as Training Manager and Trainer.
