This course was designed for personnel who seek methods to conduct a thorough investigation of maritime incidents and helps identify and assess the risks in order to provide effective solutions and establish the appropriate safe guards.


Gain the confidence to effectively evaluate a third party investigation in accordance with internationally recognized best practice techniques through our Accident/Incident Investigation, Risk & Root Causes course.


This course also aims to deliver knowledge and skills required for accident and incident investigators or persons intending to become accident investigators, according to IMO Res. A849(20) - Code for the Investigation of Marine Casualties & Incidents as amended by ResA884(21) and other Maritime Industry guidance.
