1. Is training in the form of an interactive course or simply .pdf documents to download?

  • The course structure follows the demo course, however the material is in the form of a Presentation embedded inside the platform, with various tool as teaching aids i.e. presentations, terms & definitions, a forum to post your questions. You may also download the presentation in a .pdf form.

3. How can I see the course topics covered in a specific course?

  • The training material can be seen in the course description in our E-shop, under course outline, and is provided for all courses.

4. Will there be any asistance from the teachers during the course?

  • Guidance and assistance from the tutors will be provided upon request. Every course has a forum in which participants can post their questions and receive a solution or explanation from the corresponding tutor.

5. What does the course "private study hours" mean?

      The number of hours provided in each course is just to give you an indication of the average number of hours it will take to study the whole material.

6. Do I have to arrange a specific time in order to attend the online course?

    From the moment you buy the course you will be enrolled for 3 months, so you can study the material or take the exam whenever you are free, within that period

7. How can I purchase a seminar?

    To buy one of our seminars you: add the seminar you want to cart and proceed to checkout. If you do not have an account in our website, then register and send the amount via e-shop website.

8. What are the payment methods used?

  • PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card. Because your protection against undelivered or defective goods will vary with each method, you should review this page to understand how you can select a payment method and how protection differs depending on your payment method.
  • You may also complete a payment via bank transfer, please note that in this case, confirmation of payment will be slower compared to PayPal

9. How long after my payment do I get access to the course?

    As soon as LiberoAssurance confirms the payment, you will receive a course invitation email, with the link of the course you purchased.

10. How can I access the course after confirmed payment?

  • To access the course you will use the details during your registration in the E-shop.

11. Is the certificate received approved worldwide?

    Our company is accredited training centre as a ‘Continuous Professional Development Training Centre Level 1’ by the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP), which is the statutory body for the development and implementation of the Hellenic Qualifications Framework (NQF) in correspondence with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and EU Recommendation EC 2009/C 155/01.
    Additionally, EOPPEP is the National Coordination Point for EQF in Greece (NCP). Therefore, our certificate is accepted within EU and worldwide.

12. Are prices inclusive of VATS?

  • Yes, VAT is included in the price shown for each course.

13. Can I / my company buy group packages for specific courses?

  • Yes, note that a single user account is given for a single purchase. If you wish to have a group of user accounts we can offer you a package according to your company's needs. Pricing and discounts depend on the number of user accounts created.
